The first meal I was able to make for myself as a small child was Tuna salad sandwiches. Since then I perfected my own recipe. I became a pescatarian Fall 2008. I knew tuna would be my easy go-to sandwich. As I traveled and socialized it became apparent that everyone has a different recipe for tuna salad.

Tuna is my niche. I have been thinking (obsessing) about having a Tuna Food Truck with hopes to eventually add a small restaurant tuna sandwich creating machine.
